Gemma Branney
Gemma is a seasoned strategist and change-maker with 20 years of experience. She has led environmental, social, and governance (ESG) departments across listed companies and SMEs, across tech, recruitment, manufacturing, and media.
She established ENVOLV to address a gap in the market for sustainability support that is commercial, pragmatic, and bespoke, rather than a cookie-cutter service that doesn’t drive long-term outcomes.

Mhairi Cameron
Mhairi is a strategic advisor and changemaker with 25years experience across strategic consultancy, recruitment, charity, events and media sectors. Mhairi was the MD of a Scottish recruitment business prior to co-founding ENVOLV.
Mhairi co-founded ENVOLV to empower businesses to be a force for good whilst meeting their commercial goals. She can see the opportunity to build businesses the right way and wanted to build an agency that facilitates that.

Peta Day
Peta is a programme management and sustainability professional with over 10 years of experience across the corporate and non-profit sectors.
For five years Peta has been delivering expert consultancy support to various clients across diverse sectors.
She specialises in turning strategy into action and designing bespoke carbon reduction initiatives, while bringing contagious positive energy to every project she leads.
Her areas of specialism are:

Sonam Maheshwari
Sonam is a sustainability consultant and climate finance professional. She holds masters in Environmental Engineering and Environmental Law and Policy. An SES 2023, COP28, delegate and Climate Finance Academy 2024 fellow, she co-authored a report on India’s green financial
transition in COP29.
Sonam works across India, Africa, and the globe to deliver practical, data-driven climate solutions.
