Discovery & Briefing

An introductory session to align on objectives and focus areas. We ensure the coaching relationship is the right fit and tailor the program to the leader’s goals and business context.

Assessment

A diagnostic process to assess the leader’s current capabilities and identify strengths and development areas. This data-driven insight informs a fully bespoke coaching experience.

Coaching

1:1 coaching sessions with an accredited executive coach and subject matter expert in integrating geopolitical, environmental, and societal factors into business strategy. Each coaching journey is tailored to the individual and typically includes 3 to 12 sessions.

Action Planning

Structured time to define next steps—translating insights into clear actions that support leadership effectiveness and business growth.

Development Assessment

A review of progress and measurable shifts in leadership capability. We use data to assess the impact of coaching and identify areas for continued development.

Accountability Calls

Three follow-up calls to embed learning, track progress, and ensure outcomes are being applied effectively within the business.
