Charity Board Placement

Charity Board Placement Support in securing a high impact voluntary trustee role in a charity aligned with your leader’s passions and your organisational values. Board placements are expected to last 12-36 months.

Coaching & Mentoring for 12 months

4x coaching sessions with an accredited Executive Coach to strengthen skills, influence, confidence and impact. Coaching will challenge mindset and stretch growth.

4 Mentoring Sessions

4 mentoring sessions with an experienced leader to reflect, embed and transfer learning from the Boardroom into their role. Mentoring will ensure the skills learnt influence how they go on to lead within your business.

Impact Report
